This product was designed complete to the customers mission critical specifications and cost targets through the prototype stage in less than 30 days. The design integrates PGA technologies, RF Microstrip techniques, and analog/video design, not to mention the cost effective mechanical packaging. Production hardware was provided in 90 days after award of the contract.
This kind of phenomenal engineering is made possible only by close coordination of all the engineering design activities. The kind of teamwork made possible in a small engineering motivated company.

Microwave Innovations offers engineering consulting services on an hourly of project basis. Firm Fixed price bids can be provided on well-defined tasks.
This slip ring assembly shown to the right, is an example of a product manufactured by a corporation with little RF expertise. Microwave Innovations assisted with the product development by providing RF Engineering expertise with regard to RF practices, designs and layouts.
In addition, Microwave Innovations provided complete characterization, analysis and documentation of the RF performance characteristics of the assembly.
In this supporting role, Microwave Innovations provided the necessary manufacturing guidance to insure the RF integrity of the assembly. And that the RF characteristics would be maintained over the product manufacturing life cycle.
